How BeReform Began
BeReform began with Claire - at a time when her body no longer felt
familiar. After pregnancy and childbirth, she experienced what many
women quietly go through: a weakened core, lingering back tension
changes in posture-and the subtle feeling of being disconnected
from her own body.
She did not start Pilates with big expectations. There was no pressure
to transform or perform. She simply wanted to feel a little stronger, a
little more stable-and more at ease in her everyday life.
That's where it began.
A Small Practice That Became Part of Life
What started as a gentle way to recover slowly became something she returned to almost every day.
Through consistent Pilates workouts at studio and at home, Claire began to notice small but important changes - her body felt more supported, her posture improved, and she felt more connected to herself again. Not only as a mother, but as a person.
People She Met Along the Way
As Claire continued her practice, she realized Pilates was not something rare or limited to studios. It was already quietly part of many peopleʼs lives.

As Claire continued her practice, she realized Pilates was not something rare or limited to studios. It was already quietly part of many peopleʼs lives.

A Pilates instructor in her 60s Jan who has been teaching for years, still demonstrating movements with the same focus and control in every class, guiding others through differentstages of their bodies.

People working long hours in offices, rolling out a mat after work or using a reformer at home, trying to release stiffness from sitting too long and reset their body before the next day.

Young girls practicing under professional guidance, learning how to control their movements, improve posture, and understand their body through simple, structured exercises.

Different ages. Different lives. Same simple intention - to feel better in your own body.
Why BeReform Exists
As she continued, Claire noticed something else.
Most Pilates reformers were designed for studios - large, fixed, and not always suited for
real life at home. But more people were turning to Pilates as part of their daily routine, and
she began to rethink what Pilates equipment could be.
Not complex or intimidating - but intuitive, easy to live with, and natural to use every day.
That meant rethinking not just the form, but the materials. While many wooden reformers
use jointed structures, we chose solid Australian oak for greater stability and support. We
also developed lighter steel designs, making them easier to move and adapt to different
spaces.
Designed with real life in mind, that idea became BeReform.
