At Bereform, we want you to feel confident purchasing Pilates equipment for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the following return and refund guidelines.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused or in like-new condition

The product must be returned in its original packaging

All accessories, parts, manuals, and included items must be returned together

Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact support@bereform.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping any item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items

Products damaged through misuse, improper assembly, modification, or abnormal use

Products showing excessive wear or intentional damage
Bereform reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
Return Shipping
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to the size and weight of Pilates reformers and fitness equipment, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
If a returned item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, additional fees may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact support@bereform.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Photos of the product and packaging

A description of the issue
Bereform will review the issue and, if approved, provide replacement parts, an exchange, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
Warranty Support
Bereform offers a 3-year limited warranty for eligible products under normal residential use.
If any covered component experiences manufacturing defects during the warranty period, Bereform will provide replacement parts free of charge.
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Improper use or storage
-
Unauthorized modifications

Commercial or studio-level use unless otherwise stated
