Shipping
When will my order ship and arrive?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. All in-stock items (excluding pre-order products) are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s transit schedule.
Please note that processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. If your order contains a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship orders through FedEx and USPS, depending on the size of the package, delivery destination, and shipping service selected.

Can I return my product?

Do your product really look like they do on the website?
Yes. Our product detail images and videos are created using real products and real-life photography, allowing you to see the actual materials, colors, textures, and features as accurately as possible.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

Custom orders typically require 4–8 weeks for production. If you have a specific deadline or occasion in mind, we recommend contacting us at least 2–3 months in advance to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
